You can help!

Do you enjoy working with youth?  Would you like to experience another culture at the same time?  If you answered ‘yes’ to either question, this is your opportunity for an exciting after school program experience with a group of New American Africans from Liberia, Rwanda, Congo, Somalia, Burundi, Togo, and other African countries.

These wonderful young people are still developing their English proficiency, and this makes doing homework extra challenging.  They have asked for help with understanding their homework assignments, and also they want tutoring in basic, everyday English.  You can help them to overcome these obstacles, be more successful in school and feel welcome here in their new home.

We meet at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 180 Loudon Road in Concord, NH every weekday from 4:00pm to 5:30 pm.  If you are interested in joining us, please email or contact:
